How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1-3 business days and arrive in 8-15 business days. Every order is tracked and shipping is free.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, to most countries. International orders usually arrive in 8-15 business days. Your country may charge import duties or taxes on arrival.
How does the Curlisse work?
Charge it with the USB-C cable, hold the power button to switch it on and wait about 30 seconds while it heats up. Glide it through small sections of dry hair: twist to curl, turn your wrist to flip the ends, or brush straight to smooth.
How long does the battery last?
About 15 minutes of styling per full charge, which is plenty for touch-ups, bangs and a few curls. A full charge takes about 2 hours over USB-C.
How hot does it get?
Up to 356°F (180°C). Always let it cool down before you put the cap back on.
Can I take it on a plane?
Battery-powered styling tools generally have to travel in your carry-on, not in checked luggage. Rules change by airline and country, so check yours before you fly.
Is it a good gift?
Yes. It arrives in its own box with the USB-C cable and a manual, ready to wrap. For US Christmas delivery, order by November 30.
