Returns & refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return your Curlisse.
- Email support@curlisse.store with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We reply with the return instructions within 24 hours on business days.
- Send the item back in its original condition, with its cap, cable and box.
Once we receive it, we refund you to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged or faulty? Email us a photo or short video within 30 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to send it back.
