Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order and every order is tracked.

• Processing: 1-3 business days.
• Delivery: 8-15 business days after shipping, in the United States and most other countries.

You receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Carriers can be slower during November and December; for US Christmas delivery we recommend ordering by November 30.

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.

If your tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipping, email support@curlisse.store and we will help.
