Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

To start a return, email support@curlisse.store with your order number and the reason. We reply within 24 hours on business days with the return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original condition, with its cap, USB-C cable and box. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us a photo or short video within 30 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not need to send the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days; your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Exchanges

To change colour, return the item for a refund and place a new order.
